Great national team who really tried to fill the geographical gap. Lots of great talent, expertise and knowledge. Work very hard despite the little support that's given.
Cons
Manager would throw the whole team under the bus all the time! Not a whole lot of company activities, outings or corporate events in Chicago. All the corporate sponsored anything were always in NY, especially Christmas Parties, etc., The Chicago office was very much neglected, terrible office manager who was never around to manage anything!

Micromanaging manager, no effort from the company to keep employees engaged.Promised a different bonus and given peanuts.Employee review system is pathetic. Mostly depends on the manager's poor judgement.
