    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Russell Reynolds full-time

    Pros

    - Great Professional Environment - Unique discretionary and rewarding bonus system - Smart compensation - Globally very integrated and effective collaboration within offices/ practices - Great work systems and IT - The offices are at great locations and they take care of employees

    Cons

    - Conservative and the India office has too many leadership changes - Country Leader in India (sometimes expats) does not have P&L and hence can drag the full firm down - Have a bias for strategy consulting folks, the culture of the firm lacks diversity

I have been working at Russell Reynolds full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Energetic and bright team, people work hard to do great work for clients. I really like the focus on client feedback - it proves they are at the heart of what we do. Also impressive mix of clients/projects. Fantastic culture - people are incredibly friendly and supportive. Healthy and dynamic environment to grow a career in this field.

    Cons

Some of the systems/databases could do with investment.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Russell Reynolds full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They certainly take pride in ensuring the offices are aesthetically pleasing.

    Cons

For a firm to offer diversity and inclusion and not have it within their own organization is appalling. African American colleagues are paid significantly less than their Caucasian peers. They are also severely mistreated by other consultants/ peers within their area. Due to the current issues with COVID, Executive Assistants are forced to work without noting their OT for fear of being "laid off". Expectations of EAs are not realistic and they are treated LESS than second class citizens.
