    Pros

    Work / Life balance is good as you can travel on your days off. Work with great crew. Amazing 5/3 Roster. Staff travel - Good for Peak season / Last minute booking.

    Cons

    Long hours of work / Not paid for delays Not enough staff benefits Pay is minimum and based on hours / sales commission. Pressure on sales targets. Career progression is slow.

    Advice to Management

    Pay should be higher in places like London as cost of living is more. Pressure on sales targets should be softened.

    progression is zero for working hard they only promote based on how long you are there and not how good you are which is a shame as there are supervisors there who shouldn't be
