Pros

My colleagues were great, and the company has very good conditions.

Cons

It is a terrible shame that such an outdated fossilized culture is endorsed and allowed to thrive in Sa Power Networks by management. Namely, this is due to a large number of managers who think they are untouchable and have the company protecting them. Dirty, shameful, dishonest and a very stale company. Bully's are plentiful, cliques are everywhere and the policies and directives on fair treatment, code of conduct, harassment and bullying are PURELY for decoration. Headed for disaster.

Pros

Good salary for the work you are required to do

Cons

Mysoginy, sexism, racism, transphobia and sexual harassment are rife. Nobody does anything about it. Everyone has worked there for ages so the culture is deeply rooted in below par behavior. When you report they victim blame and take no action. No real care for people and the impacts. Rotting fish from the head, boys club where men get what they want and women are not valued. The women who think they are valued just haven't been on the wrong side of it yet.

Pros

Depends who you are in all honesty The job stability and pay

Cons

Politics Bullying and harassment at an all time high with no support network It’s all about who you know, not what you know Lots of family and friends are hired They want ‘yes’ people - if you have a slightly different mindset, you’ll be ostracised
