Pros

None that I can think of. Sangfor is, without a doubt the cheapest company I have ever worked for. All they do is run around trying to get something for nothing.

Cons

Sangfor's business plan is built around the idea of finding a partner/sucker that is willing to assume the costs associated with supporting their products here in the US, including lead-gen, marketing and branding and so on. The 2013 marketing/lead-gen budget was cut from 100k to 60k and in a 10 month period, from January-October we were allowed to attend only two (2), low level trade shows. We had planned on hosting or attending 13 events but that cost money so no way. Here is a prime example of what you can expect from Sangfor: When the VP of International Sales visited the US he slept on the floor at an employees home VS pay for a hotel...and the Hyatt is 250 yards from the office. Do not waste your time unless you enjoy eating fast food and sleeping at Motel 6 when on a business trip.

Pros

- Allowed me to have a job

Cons

- No company structure - everything is done manually - Management can barely understand local culture as they only hire people from China - No clear roadmap - Product is sub standard - Pay is below market rate - Likes to fine employees and dock salary for the silliest of reasons. - Tons of useless reports

Pros

Timely Salary: The company ensures that salaries are always paid on time

Cons

The International division is dominated by a single individual who runs it with a dictatorial approach.Employees can be dismissed solely based on personal dislike, with no regard for fairness or professional ethics. Employees are not treated with respect, and their voices and suggestions are often ignored. Management lacks understanding of the local culture in the GCC area, leading to poor decision-making. The brand's reputation is not in a good position, affecting customer and employee confidence. The products offered are not mature enough to compete effectively in the market.
