    Pros

    Great Work culture.
    Freedom to take ANY number of Work from Home.
    Better food (not free, it is part of your CTC) than most companies.
    Big Campus in Whitefield

    Cons

    Slow career growth
    Difficult to switch teams or projects
    Lower salary than competetion.

    Advice to Management

    Allow the flexibility to each employee to learn new teams/projects/technologies.
    Also, it is difficult to retain employees if you do not appreciate their hard work.
