    I have been working at SAP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    * I appreciate the process. Many rounds of testing and that makes sure that we deliver quality software to customers.
    * 80% + employees are clear with SAP strategy 2020 and working towards it.
    * Now moving onto cloud, bigdata, machine learning and others. Surely we can see the future.
    * Kind of work depends on team. If you work for a team that delivers on cloud you will find great work.
    * Work from home is available
    * Great for women employees
    * No problem for leaves
    * Team outings/team lunches regularly
    * recreational space in every coffee corner
    * Fruits, hydrated water coffee day coffee, chai point tea etc etc

    Cons

    * slow learning curve
    * Not so good for scholars/interns. I have worked with couple of scholars, they are great at what they do but still they do not get converted because of CGPA and other stuff.
    * Management of resources. They let go of great talent like scholars, interns and freshers who do not get proper work.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing much. Make sure that you manage your resources well.
