The company takes care of its employees. Well structured ways to advance inside the company and plenty of opportunities.
Cons
Their internal HR software is terrible. Need to look up how much you make or make changes to your W-2? Good freaking luck. To be fair, I use a mac and it doesn't play well at all with their tools. I bet if I used a windows machine it would be a ton easier.
