    need better strategy for pricing as noone wants to pay for such heavy license fee when pay per use models are there in the market at low price

    Great global brand, thats living in its past accolades. Everyone talks about meritocracy but its all about being a part of the echo chamber that only resonates praises for themanagement

    Cons

    Sales office Mumbai is a place where employees are like furniture - in the same spot, motionless since ages. High on politics low on growth.

    Advice to Management

    They wont read this, so no point

    not good for mid level developer upto 8 years . If you are more 10 year good for long stay
