1) Salary is always on time. 2) Company encourages employees to pursue higher education. 3) Good HR policies such as Sabbatical, Insurance even for Parents and In Laws. 4) Colleagues are usually very supportive. 5) Opportunity for movement within department through IJP 6) Female employees have a very supportive environment.

1) Working hours are really tough with a average employee spending more than 10 hours working. 2) Over time culture is encouraged. 3) Work life balance is non existent as employees are expected to work even during weekends and holidays. We are asked to not take leaves in December and March. 4) Office politics is prevalent. 5) Workload is immense and not spread across all verticals.
