      1-for best benefits and allowances as compared to other banks


      1-heavy work load( sometimes have to work upto 8 or 9 pm) but on an average you have to work upto 7:30 or 8 pm 2-senior will force you to do cross selling which is the worst part of it 3-worklife balance is worse 4-posting could be anywhere. NOTE: IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL AND WORK LIFE BALANCE JOB THEN IT IS NOT A GOOD PICK FOR U

        No work life balance for back off and branch office staff more inclined towards sales Sales is always preferred over other departments No opportunities to learn and grow
