headed by sales people who doent know how to leadership and managerial skills. purely sales person suitable to sale daily soap. HR department is nothing but pupate in front of sales managers. and management treats employee as their slaves. head office also least interested to solve the grievances of employees but to pamper ego of such management. no better roles and responsibilities for management trainees. i had complaint about the worst work culture along with relevant proofs (Plenty of proofs) to head office.. but waste ..as they are accustomed to such work culture. pacer rating is their ultimate lethal weapon to treat and harass employee. almost half of my batch was left within span of one year. though you have given your best performance, your rating will be entirely depends upon the level expertise to pamper your reporting manager or what he wants to grant you... no as such rules or terms to evaluate support staff. employees are force to work more than 2-4 hour above prescribed schedule (whether male or female) ..without taking care of holidays... RD can decide any day as login day and employees have to work... month end are the nightmare where for issuance employees used to work till morning of next days... without overtime.. Regional HR manager was program to suppress all the grievances of employees rather than betterment. joining this company was my biggest opportunity loss through campus placement. i dont know why these people comes to big B school when they dont even deserve from tiar III college students ..and could not provide the better profile too.
