Hi i am deputy manager in State Bank of India with 3 years experience two in probation period and one as a credit support officer . Where I have worked in SME exposure of around 200 crs and been extensively working on credit appraisal, risk assessment, and NPA management along with branch operation . Can someone suggest me what are the leading technologies or certification/courses required in modern day banking especially in credit. And how can we switch to bigger private bank

1-for best benefits and allowances as compared to other banks
Cons
1-heavy work load( sometimes have to work upto 8 or 9 pm) but on an average you have to work upto 7:30 or 8 pm 2-senior will force you to do cross selling which is the worst part of it 3-worklife balance is worse 4-posting could be anywhere. NOTE: IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL AND WORK LIFE BALANCE JOB THEN IT IS NOT A GOOD PICK FOR U
