      Pros

It is a great place to work. Patient satisfaction is key!

      Cons

Low pay for CNAs who deserve much more for what we do. Unit Managers are nice, until you challenge judgement.

      Dispensible Employees

      Pros

Some teamwork, pay okay, mental health days

      Cons

Management/administration VERY toxic in Critical Care units. Micromanaging is promoted by manager and some employees blatantly favored over others particularly in neuro unit. Better assignments are given to favored despite experience, and "advancement" is also for the favored. Lots of turnover. Overall, a HIGHLY stressful environment, HR won't really support you.

      Medical Assistant

Aug 22, 2021 - Medical Assistant in Wheat Ridge, CO

      Pros

Steady work, decent benefits and some good coworkers and managers.

      Cons

They tout that you get alot of PTO for a benefit but they make you use it for holidays or if your out sick. Health insurance is not that great. Pretty much always short staffed or work with people who don't know what they are doing. Staff is very outspoken about people who choose not to mask up or get vaccinated and gang up on you if you disagree with them.
