      I have had the privilege of working in an exceptional company that fosters a supportive and open work culture. The team is always ready to help and there are ample opportunities for team bonding activities. Seniors and juniors learn from each other, breaking hierarchical barriers. We enjoy fun activities like cricket, strengthening our bonds. The company encourages a caring and supportive environment among different teams. Most importantly, work-life balance is prioritized, allowing me to spend quality time with my family. Overall, this company provides a remarkable and fulfilling work experience.

      - SHIELD has an exceptional work environment - A good support, growth opportunities, and a strong sense of camaraderie - A great team collaboration, and innovation, fostering a sense of belonging - They have a open-door policy, so that if I'm facing any issues and can share it with the team or with the management and get it sorted - healthy work-life balance - I love going to the office because of my awesome & crazy work buddies who are they for me no matter what

      Cons

      Since the team is bit small, sometimes feels I'm loaded with a lot of works, but at same time, I got to learn a lot of new stuff with it.
