Growth oriented, very organized and highly conducive to learning. A no nonsense, efficient and technologically advanced company. You can learn and grow at a really fast pace limited only by your own capabilities and initiative. You get raises as soon as you show advancement in your performance, pay rate is better than most of the competitors, work hours are flexible. There is no pressure of production quantity only quality. You are encouraged to go slow and execute carefully rather than rush like most other places. Never why did it take so long but were you careful and methodical. Never was forced to work more than regular hours and was always able to take time off when needed.
Cons
Management is not too strict and tries to work with employees and give them enough chances to improve and sometimes that causes lazy and careless workers to create problems for sincere people.
