Job is secured because they can not attract even BCOM person for job - Such a low salary in industry

(1) Team leader have no authority - Even not of work management management (2) Want to pay lowest possible to every employee and want highest possible work (3) Do not follow labor law - They do not pay overtime pay, yearly bonus but want their employee to do not go against them. (4) Culture is really unhappy culture as management torture their employees much with low pay high work pressure (5) if employee have the calibre then they do not want you to explore within company and do not provide any future growth

They were not handling there employees in good way They doesn't train there employees well One of the big issue is salary as you won't get you're expecting

There are no Pros of this organisation except that during COVID-19 they were forced to provide Work From Home option.

There are a ton of downsides to the organisation, starting with toxic work culture. The seniors are rude, arrogant, and often quite demanding of their juniors. They treat those beneath them as servants. The company cunningly uses bond period to terminate employees (happened with 2 of my colleagues) who were sacked from the organisation days before they were about to complete the bond period. No maternity benefits to pregnant employees. No bus or cab services for employees. Poor growth. And the HR department is the worst of them all. HR manager is weak in English and has no inkling of what she types to employees.
