"Awesome HR recruitement team"
RecommendsApproves of CEOI have been working at STEMCELL Technologies full-time
Pros
Great HR recruiters open the door to bring in good talent and idea. They play a critical role in a company's growth and development. STEMCELL has such a great HR recruitement team, and I luckily met one of them -- Sarah Mansour. She is generous, thoughtful and has a great insight for matching talent into the right position. I applied several times for the RA position with STEMCELL. She remembered my expertise, always kept an eye out for a good match to my experiences. With her encouragement, I finally landed in the right position with a fantastic team! Thank you Sarah!

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at STEMCELL Technologies full-time for less than a year
Pros
I'm still new, but the company has an incredibly positive, supportive, and fun culture. Also, every new hire (from warehouse to research to HR) participates in the same training, including presentations about science and the products. It shows how STEMCELL wants all employees to be part of their mission and understand how the company works at all levels.
Cons
None to share so far!

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at STEMCELL Technologies full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good benefits that include health, 3 weeks vacation, RRSP contribution.
Cons
Elitist Sr. HR Leader. Management insecurity toward their own job leads to lack of / no loyalty to their employees. Lots of bureaucracy within department. Salaries good in comparison to other departments (why everyone stays) but not worth the stress.
