- They have a 100% work from home system. I get to spend a lot of time with my family. - Very flexible work environment. - If some time off is needed during working hours for personal work they will provide it to you. - Supportive upper management: they'll back you up to kingdom-come as long as you are professional and have facts to back yourself up. This is something rare. - If you are having issues with work equipment (laptop, headphones etc.) they will ensure that you get a replacement and whatever you want to help you work more efficiently but within reason. - They have an excellent education support system i.e. the office reimburses you for your certification advancements. - They assist you to advance your skill sets by providing access to online training platforms.

Cons

- Organization is completely unstructured, unorganized and chaotic. There is no process for doing anything. Whatever exists is just in files and for namesake, no one follows it resulting in completely chaotic work environment. - There is no control for any kind here. Things like implementation or ticket handling have no control, no process to follow. Tickets come in for namesake, the SLAs are for name sake as well. They just cook up reasons for urgency (which almost always is a thousand miles from reality) and want everything implemented at the snap of their fingers. Imagine 50 tickets like these coming in a day. This results in Band-Aid solutions being implemented only to break later and then we are pressured to redesign and implement again. - Engineering requests (allegedly would have controlled the rampant flow of requests and followed a proper design strategy) exist for namesake. They tried once and then refused to follow it citing client urgencies every time. All of this results in an extremely stressful work environment and people often burn out every two weeks. - The pay hike is negligible and not proportional to the sheer amount of work, stress, work expected and quality of work you do. - There is zero career progression. - You won’t grow here financially or career wise.

-They do not care about tenure for scheduling -SYKES on your resume is a black mark - no other w@h company will hire you -Management is poor -HR never responds or they get nasty

Challenging, fast pace work can be overwhelming to some. Young company which is growing and developing could be frustrating while in flux. Software used to work from home can lag occasionally and have some kinks to work out.
