    Pros

    1.Good benefits and perks. 2.Wfh facility. 3.Full meal caffeteria food ( part of salary but very minimal) 4.Work as you are...no restrictions. 5.Loads of games and activities from the HR team. 6.On floor facility to watch crucial sports on television installed within facility. 7.Good and out of the box engagement programs for the employees. Like impressions and free linkedIn certifications. 8.Managment are supportive.

    Cons

    1. No transport facility for employees working in normal shifts. 2. Few teams with management issues but not a roadblock as every organisation have a team wise management discrepancies.

    I have been working at Saba Software full-time for more than 3 years

    The internal team members are helpful.

    Cons

    There is no plan for the growth of the employee unless you are willing to sit in the cabin for 3-4 hours wasting your productive time talking in general (nothing related to work). In this time of hardships , the managers are stressing us out with the unwanted emails, chats and this is with all the team members after doing their job and spending more than 10 hours a day working seamlessly. The managers are just showing off as if they have work to do. All the work is handled by the team members including quality related to the cases. If you get in touch with the support director he is not willing to listen to you and will make a point to mark you as wrong after making you sit in his cabin for 3-4 hours . He just does not understand the concept of productive time and the managers will question you later. She does not gives us personal space and questions everything (personal included and will not leave you until you answer). I don't know how she has been made a support manager (maybe sitting in the cabin for 3-4 hours). She cannot even speak in proper English, as team members we are not able to understand. How does the client understands I do not know. Nobody wants to talk to her because of her toxic nature. I don't want to be rude but she also does not want to learn and if anyone corrects her, she takes it quite personally and starts to send you unwanted emails related to work and pointing out flaws which are not even flaws and then you have to correct her again. Because of the micromanagement, unwanted meetings which should be an email and continuous pestering of the team members including me, all have started looking for a new job which is quite sad.
