    flexible timing , so many leaves to avail from.

    Cons

    Too much of work load . work demands on weekend too .

    I have been working at Saba Software full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Saba is an complete Package of knowledge, good team and technology.
    -->Company grows and make you grow.
    -->We have strict updates of time line 3 months.
    -->lots of technologies to learn in a single module.
    -->Open management, you have saba@work portal where you can share your ideas and thoughts which are readable by even by Managers, Directors and CEO.

    Cons

    No cons as such but lots of client issues in between stories are problematic some time.

    Advice to Management

    Management is doing well.
    Lets improve over CI and (digestible)stories.
    Great Thankx to Srini O to make things better in each update.

    I worked at Saba Software full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Cab facility for the employee in APAC, UK and US Shift, Food quality is average, Very good allowances for UK and US shift people.No WFH allowed when the people needs.

    Cons

    Fire the employees in one day.no job security, Manager, and director are playing the politics with employees, not giving hike as per expectation, the workload is very high for L1 Level.

    Advice to Management

    No advice because they don't listen to any thing.

    I worked at Saba Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cab facility, Food, breakfast etc is awesome
    Nice pantry and house keeping staff
    two Work from home is allowed per month.
    Very good allowances for rotational shift people.

    Cons

    Delay in promotion in lower levels.
    I see promotions are easy for higher management people.
    not giving hike expected hike
    full politics inside the organisation.
    no job security
    No respect and benefits for seniors no matter what even if they are talented and dedicated.
    People who are deserving, talented, Skilled, will never be hired or retained. No educated engineer are the part of Saba Company...Undergraduate can apply for managers, senior manager position.
    No recognition for your good work.

    Advice to Management

    Except Saba HR , the whole company is good. The information which employee shares with HR is indirectly passed to his/her manager.

    Pros

    1. environment is very relaxed .
    2. flexible timings
    3. decent hike

    Cons

    1. too much politics
    2. Don't get increment based on performance . All depends on relation with manager
    3. Don't follow any Agile practices , no latest technologies. (atleast the team I was part of)
