    - Colleagues are friendly.
    - Flexible Timing .

    Cons

    - If you have no choice then only go here else don't.
    - If you have there product knowledge . Then only you can code.
    - Code is pathetic.
    - No Respect for the employees.
    - Those who have product knowledge, become manager. Irrespective of there ability to manage and that might be the reason why company is in lose since few years.
    - The old employees are there from long time with no technical upgrades. They are just living a meaningless life. Always, ready to check what someone-else is doing.
    - If you are spending lot of time in office then you are considered to be working hard. It doesn't matter if your doing youtube/facebook all the time.
    - People are fixing the bugs which were there since product was developed and same bugs are there in every release. If you fix more number of bugs then you are the best employee doesn't matter if you copy paste someone else code.
    - And this is how you grow here.

    Advice to Management

    - HR : Please don't fake things about the company.

    - You mention that your company is Talent management company. But, there is no talent in your company.

    - Good for people who just want to pretends that they are an IT employee.

    Cons

    - Feels contaminate due to low Technical People
    - Work load is crazy
    - Architects are Jokes in this company
    - If you have there product knowledge . Then only you can code. (Booleans everywhere :D)
    - Code is pathetic, I can not comment on coding standards. Coz, there are none.
    - They have tear apart the concept of AGILE Methodology.
    - 3 to 4 Month Update. 3 weeks Sprint. Scrum call are discussion calls , takes at-least half and hour.
    - Backend team is like.. "If we try optimise any API it will fail .They just dump total db table in JSON response."
    - No code documentation practice.
    - On every screen of there product. You will see loading indicator for good amount of time.
    - No personal and technical growth.
    - Any new employee , who tries to give them feedback . Is treated badly.
    - Those wha have product knowledge, become manager. Irrespective of there ability to manage.

    - If you are spending lot of time in office then you are considered to be working hard. It doesn't matter if your doing facebook all the time.
    - Good employee (According to Saba) can not survive in other companies.
That's why they return back to company.
    - In other review you can find the same points which I have mentioned in PRO's. no one can say it good for technical guy. Even QA guys has the same experience.
    - Its a rumour that they work on Automation. Please, ignore if you find any opening in this company saying that they are looking for an automation engineer.

    Advice to Management

    - Try listen to employees if there are any useful suggestion
    - Things you are trying to do now are outdated. There was trend for that in 2012 - 2015.
    - You mention that your company is Talent management company. But, no talented employee want to stay in this company.
    - HR : Please dont fake things about the company.

I worked at Saba Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have useful products that have been in the market for some time. The client base includes many big organizations.

    Cons

    1. They generally hire at cheap salaries. So, the people you work with are always below average in terms of skills and most of them with a bad attitude.
    2. Nepotism. Some employees "arrange" for their relatives or acquaintances to get hired.
    3. Bad management. And. this is an under-statement. Managers lack management or social skills. "Shout" culture is prevalent. Often, you could see people being yelled at by people at the top, for smallest of reasons, in front of everyone.
    4. Most of the people at the office were negative, rude or egotistic.
    5. My worst employment experience ever.
    6. In terms of software, poorly managed, bloated codebase.
    7. All management layers turned deaf ears to employee needs. Typically, they would just not respond if you had any request or need.
