Fair Pay, Great Place to start carrier & Good potential of Growth. I am Dr. Gurmeet & I am working with SAFETY CIRCLE since 2006 as a Trainer. My overall experience with the company through the last 15 years have been great. The company has great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for their work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in their field of work. Here I was fortunate enough to learn about training skills & public speaking. Our MD (Mr. BPS Bakshi) gives me and my team a lot of freedom to do what we see fit. I never feel like we are being micromanaged. The Company is very supportive, appreciate the contribution of employees as much as they want to and open to any suggestions and ideas. This instantly made me feel comfortable and definitely made me feel as though I am part of the team. What makes me the most happy at work is not only the line of work I enjoy doing, but also the people I work with. My HR team, my travelling desk, my account’s team & admin team have been extremely supportive as I travels across the states for my trainings. The best I like about the SAFETY CIRCLE is that they works exceptionally hard to not only grow the business but also consistently look to improve the company culture. I've enjoyed my time here. I've been able to grow professionally and personally and have developed meaningful friendships and relationships. Every company is a work in progress, but SAFETY CIRCLE really does strive to do better in any way they can. I am happy & proud to be a part of SAFETY CIRCLE.

Having retired as a Senior Officer from Army , i joined Safety Circle India in 2015. Since then I have had excellent varied experience with quality and rich exposure to conducting Pan India safety sessions in various corporates, Industries and govt organistaion. The management staff are very experienced, cooperative ,motivated and look after your quality travel, stay and basic needs so that you just copncentrate on training. The respect as a Senior Executive of the comapny I get is just because Safety circle has an very high Standards and built an excellent repo with clients in the field of Safety. The credit goes to our MD Mr BPS Bakshi, who is a very learned and qualified individual with rich experience and has all traits what an MD should have. He takes personal interest in ensuring training , grooming and welfare of his staff and that is the reason today we are one of the best safety Organisation in India. Feel proud to be part of such a Company which gives you an opportunity to career building and excel in life

The negative feedback sharing is so easy to rather then sharing there good exposure and experiences they had here. whatsoever negative feedback given is absolutely untrue. I am working in this company since last 6 years, had a great experience .I really thanks to Mr. BPS Bakshi Sir(MD) and other co workers always being very supportive and helping to me and my team. They treat on equality and no partiality. even being a MD he is spend a time with each and every department stake holders and understand the issues of employees and always given best solutions to the problems. always i respect his kindness.. It's the place to show your talents and initiatives. MD sir is always welcome the same.

They think employees are there slave. salary will never comes on time you have to beg to hr for your salary the worst organization where i worked due to god grace i came out from this hell

This company has very bad experiences. Every month salary is delayed. Management is very bad they can kick employee any time without paying and secondly in covid duration they have fired multiple employee. Totality is a very bad company in this company. Work on this is equivalent to destroying your future, so do not spoil your future. if someone wanted to know more feel free to reach me
