Pros
The best part about working for Saint-Gobain in Gaithersburg, MD is that we are making products that have the potential to save lives. We are a small team and we all have to work together to reach our goals. This results in close working relationships that enhance my working experience. The site also tries to have fun with holding Bingo games and raffles for company swag. The Company's structure also allows for the site to mostly run itself, and that allows many opportunities to grow and develop. The company also provides good base salaries and a bonus! Medical benefits are affordable. Saint-Gobain offers other nice benefits like paid parental leave.
Cons
We are a small team and when someone is absent it can be felt across the site. Departures from the company have also added to the rest of our workloads and some days can get busy.

In the Beaverton, MI site the management is great, benefits are best in class, everyone on site wants to work together and all the buyers across sites I work with are always willing to lend a hand as well and we work great as a team.
