      Dreadful

      Pros

Pay is ok, 401k and pension, and health insurance are good.

      Cons

Worst management I’ve ever experienced in my life. Have absolutely no idea how to run a business which is shocking for a global company. Constantly look for people to blame due to their incompetence. Refuse to deal with serious issues for employees. No job training which leads to not being able to advance to higher “levels” for more pay. Really a shame because when I started things were a lot better and I’ve watched the decline over the years.

      Pros

Safe and clean environment. OT if you want it. Easy work.

      Cons

Horrible communication, not great at advancing employees internally, not great pay and when they do increase pay it's just new hires but everyone else is then making less or comparatively less to what the new hires will be making during the same duration of their employment.

      Not a bad Place

      Pros

Insurance, part time hours 24 full time hours 32 to 40, there's overtime if you need it and you can do any hours for overtime of increments of 2 hours, break room full of food and free coffee, clean work rooms, jobs are easy, you can sit down (only at certain presses), temperature controlled rooms (bring a jacket or long sleeve it can get cold in the summer or winter, sometimes really warm pending what you are doing), 2 20 minute breaks for 8 hours and 3 20 minute breaks for weekends all paid breaks, leads and supervisors work with you on any issues that arise, opportunity to go to school after 1 year, always practice safety (PPE), yes you have to wear steal toe shoes, own personal locker, computers with printers to access paystubs or get them online from home, yearly bonus, holiday dinners

      Cons

Yes you have to wear a suit (remember it's medical equipment), hair net and if facial hair a spittle guard aka beard net, as well as a mask, gloves (if you can handle that then easy peasy) stand up presses, no smoking on site (have program to help stop), mandatory overtime of 20% your hours worked (especially now since all shifts are short staff or if we have tons of orders that need out asap)

      Pros

I worked at the Beaverton, MI site for two years as an engineer. The work in the life sciences division is challenging but very rewarding. The business has seen a lot of change over the last two years, but the change was managed very fairly. Management were cognizant of and very respectful towards work-life balance. Everyone on the team from management to hourly employees were a pleasure to work with and learn from. Compensation was more than fair and flexible work options were available.

      Cons

Change can be difficult in this business, but that's mainly due to the requirements of the industry.
