Less opportunity to grow if anyone is not willing to travel, only some part of the project is offloaded to New Delhi office, which lessens growth opportunity

Please try to bring some full-fledged project ti New Delhi office

Former Employee - Process Engineer in Milan

    I worked at Saipem

    Pros

After graduation, especially the former Snamprogetti, provides very good training on the job and competitive salary for junior engineers in Milan area. It is also a chance to practice english, since many italians still don't speak fluently. A couple of years at Snamprogetti is well recognized in the energy industry in general

    Cons

You need to be motivated, otherwise if you're not willing to work nobody will never put you under pressure. After 5 years salary progression is stopped.
