      Pros

      salary on time, stick to the time, no extra working hours. good atmosphere

      Cons

      salary very less when compared to market value, all tamil people and no other cummunity culture. all good reviews are from HR department. all facilities for tamil. no facility for north indians or any other south indian except for tamil.

      I have been working at Saipem for less than a year

      Pros

      They are willing to catch up with newer, smaller companies in terms of new technologies and innovation. They liked my spirit and "intrapreneurship". There are many opportunities to shine if you want to do your best.

      Cons

      Lots of work to be done; if you like it, great, but even then office politics could destroy you. People in your department will be nice and cooperating, others may just try to protect their turf and provoke unnecessary attrition instead of helping each other.

      Unique offshore installations - interesting to work on and learn new things. Salary is good if well negotiated.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and almost no care about personnel development. People are often forced to travel to unwanted destinations to fulfill project requirements.
