Worked in Samsung Engineering India and Samsung Engineering Korea OPaL Dahej project office all together on full-time basis more than 3 years, it is one of the biggest EPC company, Very good work culture, work-life balance, good salary package, benefits.

-Mismanagement,Indecisive people are heading critical & top positions -System barriers in each department as they are working since long & wrong practices -Full of politics within departments,non professional department heads, incapable to take ownership of task -Management accepts always failure on each project in terms of progress,quality & in effective working -Promotion,motivation are not based on actual performance,progress achieved,quality etc -Management is sleeping on issues related to working team in each department, their focus on running the show as it is. -Just wastage of man hours, irrelevant communication process, wrong interpretation of job results deteriorating ethics,dignity & work culture.

Seniors are supportive and whenever you need their help they are their for you.
