    Cons

Lot to list out... -No proper roadmap for new joinees for their trainning or there role or which teams they should join -Project can change frequently -Expect u to be productive from day 1 Astronomical expectations from employees -U r mostly surrounded by contract employees who doesnt pay much attention to quality of code and u r forced debug and work incremently on their code. -Frequent demotivations from the manager without really understanding the side 2 -No professionalism among the employees. You can not find proper corporate culture here -No proper infrastructure for recreation or gym etc -People here, from security guards to engineers to senior engineers will mosltly speak thier local language wheather its normal gossip or technical discussions which makes u feel little outalsiders -Manager has less trust among people -No work from home given for new joinees backed by unreasonable logics Also important to note about how compatible u can get with location, weather, culture there.

I have been working at Samsung India Electronics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. If you want a work life balance with minimal work to worry about, this is a perfect place to be at, provided you are at engineer level. Managerial positions are a little difficult and nauseous. Engineer's job is fine. You can come here if you want time for preparation of something better and bigger and earn money at the same time. 2. Free lunch, library, gym, yoga and zumba classes. 3. Leisure activities include TT and carom. Though football and cricket teams are there, these events are organized outside office campus. 4. Medical benefits such as annual full body check-up and insurance cover.

    Cons

    1. Despite several works being transferred from HQ, there is a dearth of new work or development. One simply have to fix bugs most of the time. And do simple android related stuffs. 2. There is not much scope of growth with learning perspective. You will be impaled with android, and not much opportunity to learn or practice any other skill. Though this is changing painfully slowly. You will possibly lose all hopes by the time, work will come in areas where you actually want to work. bonus : HR sucks.
