Pros
Good products and pipeline both ethical and complementary with great benefits for customers and staff. Strong ethical standards both internally and externally
Cons
Very little work life balance and very political . Management is lacking depth and is known for promoting 'Boys club members' and has tendency to not listen to proactive and practical ideas . Little room for career growth if not favoured by the 'Club'
