Pros
cooperative staff with good understanding.helpfull seniors.i am learning daily new things and diagnoses.everyday i am learning how to make a good inter personal relationship with the patients.
Cons
As ive posted in medical icu last month on 1st of october i feel very stress there.handing over timings are not so good.my shift ends at 2 pm but my hand over to next shift staff starts around 4 pm.even no body is helping about this problem and i think it is an issue.
