I worked at Sapient full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

For some reason Glassdoor is not giving me the option to select my employment period as “Last year with employer - 2014”.
I worked with Sapient for almost 4 years, I was rewarded for my hard work and dedication.
Sapient had a culture of rewarding people who perform well. I was a Senior Associate L2 and my seniors gave me the freedom to do what I liked or wanted to do. I was playing the role of an Architect with able people around me guiding me all through out. There was a time when I wanted to work more on the business side of things and they worked towards enabling that. Out and out a very good experience.

    Cons

Every organisation has some politics, it is upto you to stay out of it.
Yes, workload is on the heavier side.

    Advice to Management

More transparency as in flow of information from higher management to the associates will help.
