Pros
I can not think of any
Cons
Working there is like working with a bunch of third graders who want to play all the time The lack of supervision allows for very unsafe and lax work practices . They also have a huge billboard saying NO MANDATORY O.T. Yet, they make you stay after your shift everyday

Pros
A lot of companies say that they care about their employees but what I can say about working from Sartori is that they back up that statement. They have great work/life balance, the best insurance I have ever had, and juszt amazing people that work for them that want to see everyone be successful.
Cons
Nothing I can think of
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Worklife Balance Good Benefits Growth opportunities / lots of promotions
Cons
Company growth requires change and flexibility that is not for everyone.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Built muscle, mostly fun and positive working environment, management was very understanding that life happens sometimes
Cons
The underlying issue was people stopped caring about things so, like a chain reaction more people stopped caring. When I resigned from there things were not doing so good.

Strenuous work, great leaders, zoo crew
29 Apr 2022 - Production Team Member in Antigo, WIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great leaders that are friendly and helpful
Cons
Leaders are not super present so the crew is a a zoo. Physically strenuous work not quite worth the work—-thus their high rate of attrition.

Terrible Place to Work
12 Feb 2022 - Line Attendant in Plymouth, WIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Space to park in parking lot
Cons
-Discrimination in the workplace and lack of diversity. They seem to do extra background checks for poc. -This is a food company but no one adheres to the gmp policies such as hand washing. -Maintenance team is a joke. They are incompetent and lack necessary skills to fix anything. Not exaggerating. It's impossible to run production and get product out the door when machinery constantly falls apart. They have literally either made machinery run worse or just taped it up. -Bad management. You'll never see you supervisor on the floor unless they have to be. Yet they're the ones that do reviews. How can they judge you when they never work with you? They ask other people's opinions and sometimes that person will lie on you just out of personal spite. -Office people never proofread or double check their own paperwork. Tons of spelling and grammatical errors. It's impossible to fill out daily paperwork when you notice these things. These people have a masters and associates degree but can't even spell check. -Actual employees on the floor don't get credit for anything. They always praise office people but never any general labor employees. -They expanded the plant and remodeled the office but kept the locker rooms the same size without considering the amount of new people they hired. We have to squeeze into work every day and change clothes shoulder to shoulder because this company doesn't care about the grunt workers, only the office people. They started spreading lockers throughout the plant which is an inconvenience to everyone. -They make you work every holiday. -You don't get paid double time Sundays. -They don't follow their own values. -They promote whoever they want without giving interviews. -Finished product looks like crap. The line operators need more training because they send out everything even if it's bad. -Horrible training program. New hires end up training new hires. People constantly being trained wrong. Most of the time trainees dont get a trainer. We basically set them up for failure.
