Cliquish, Run by a bunch of folks with internet degrees, environment is super racist, super misogynistic, upper management will curse you out, professionalism doesn’t exist even in high level management, expect to be sexually harassed, if you complain you will be retaliated against, expect to hear the N word, DOE really needs to come in and take them over, safety record is a farce so managers can get their bonuses
