Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear about your positive experience working at Saxo Bank and we highly appreciate your feedback. As we operate in a very dynamic market, we need to adapt and adjust to changing market conditions. This also means that we sometimes need new competencies, and need to move resources between departments to ensure all Saxonians have maximum impact. Although we are a flexible and agile organisation, we highly value talent and always aim to retain good employees.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Saxo Bank full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Nothing to say, all depend on your luck and people around you, talents hardly matter here. If you are talented but don't no how to keep your management happy. Then no need to join. Only thing good in SAXO is furniture and picture they create very good organization. People who don know, then please check there financial reports.
Cons
This organization is same as you, playing slot machine in a casino, if you are lucky will get a jackpot. If not then be ready to spoil your future. It all depends upon who you supporting and the management you supporting is always there in power or not. Because management keeps on changing. And most important thing hire and fire.

Zero job security. Hire and Fire. They fire people on yearly basis and every now and then when it's convenient to serve their purpose. Bus Driver being made COO, just using company resources as termite.. No work ethics. Full of politics. Low quality work, You may even lose the skills you have. Idiots running the company in India. Management in Denmark is ignorant.
