Pros

Kind dispatch, flexibility with shifts

Cons

They've lost every 911 contract they've ever owned due to poor operations, lack of resources, lack of cleanliness in ambulances, poor pay, no 24 hour shifts, poor record keeping, stations not up to code with cleanliness and health inspections.

Pros

Running 911 calls as an EMT, great experience to learn and use your EMT skills on a regular basis.

Cons

Moral was very low overall when I worked there. Lack of trust and communication between management and employees. Lack of raises based on experience and expertise. Embedded employees that lack passion for their jobs and empathy for their patients.
