Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! It is encouraging to note that your stint with us was positive, with added learning to top it all. Our sincere efforts are dedicated to enabling our people for professional and personal growth by inducing a culture of coaching, mentoring. In addition, our stock price reflects the confidence of the investor community in our management, employees and practices. We, however, are disappointed to note your comments about your work life balance. While the requirements of your job may require you to step up a bit more than usual at times, this ideally should not become a regular phenomenon. We make every effort to foster a healthy work-life balance for our employees. Our Global Family Leave Policy, Flexible Work Arrangements, and Policies that focus on Freeing up our Employees’ energy ensure that our people are always meeting the demands of both, their professional and personal lives.

I worked at Schneider Electric full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

1.Big brand name 2. Verticals & reporting are well defined, 3. Objectives are clear & detail. 4. At global level company is good

    Cons

I'm writing this review after spending 3 full years in Schneider Electric. 1. Poor Management, High attrition rate, 2. Management do not care for employees, 3. No work life balance, Employee should be in service 24/7 even during holidays or they rate less in appraisal and spoil the growth. 4. HR's are puppets of management. 5. Appraisal is done only by manager not by team of leaders. So, satisfying manager is important 6. Employee net promoter score is useless. 7. Hire & Fire is common 8. Highly un-organized organization. People scream in meetings. 9. They do anything to run the factory. 10. This is not for humans. Manager can find any reason to fire subordinate and HR will follow. I have seen people getting fired just like that and I left with good terms.
