    Negative Outlook

I worked at Scientific Publishing Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Infrastructure is great in Trichy ELCOT (SPI globaljoint venture now) You can take leave (sick or causal) whenever you want. Salary will be credited at the end of the month (volume is debatable). Incentives are good if you work more than your norms.

    Cons

Worst Team Leads where they can do anything to hit you personally. Managers always give ears to TLs, always work for their own progress, doesn't care a dime about people. Because of the worst team management, people (usually good in nature) shows enemity to themseleves, favoritism is at its best. Lowest pay ever which is not enough to run your life and hikes are annoying (meeting will be conducted for even this pay). Except some departments, skillsets don't help you to mould your career. It is safe to stay here less than 2 years, otherwise your career will be a question, you have to stay forever (personally I managed to escape).
