Well as a fresher I believe I need a good challenging environment to apply my knowledge and to prove myself.I believe every graduate is like a soft clay. And I would love an esteemed company like urs too. Mould my skills into a shape which is beneficial for the company as well as make me a valuable asset.

More people working on each project. This means it’s harder to be heard as an individual and you have to go the extra mile to really stand out.
