Working at SPS at the JEO department was the worst experience in my career. There is no communication between the employees. The team leads and management are highly authoritative, rude and egocentric. The employee opinions are not give any respect. The work profile is very methodical with no space for creativity. The team leads behave very rude, immature and no politeness in their communication. The seniur the team leads are the higher their level of insensitivity and ego. The management only entertains the views of the team leads which are often biased. The resignation process is very obsolete and no proper response is given. The office is very suffocating with politics and immature crowd. There is no learning or career growth in the company. Salary is extremely low.
