    Pros

Wonderful team Transparent Easy work Great payment Flexible around other commitments Open to ideas Kind Great customer service in store Diverse

    Cons

Lots of plastic packaging, but that's mostly because of manufacturers. I guess improvements could be made easily but it takes time and a really good idea has to be presented to them in order to make sure that they will have enough money to ensure that the project could work. The system that they use for taking orders, tracking orders etc is slow and could definitely do with a massive improvement. It's very laggy and it annoys both customers and pretty much everyone that works.

    Overall positive experience.

    Pros

Always something to do. Develop your communication skills. Opportunity to climb the ranks.

    Cons

Management can be very lazy. Shifts can be a bit all over the place, on a 20 hour contract you might work 30+ hours one week and then the next you might work closer to your contracted hours, I suppose this could be seen as a benefit if you're after a lot of overtime.

    Don’t waste your time.

    Pros

Many opportunities to develop and climb the ladder

    Cons

They really try to sell their “culture” but this actually only exists at head office - trade counter staff will be disillusioned of any such culture very quickly. If your face doesn’t fit it will often be an uphill battle, that you will eventually lose. HR are in Area Manager pockets, so do not expect fair treatment in many cases. They cannot retain real quality employees - the good managers/area managers you encounter will leave after a year or so.

    Pros

Good opportunities for being promoted within the company. They offer training.

    Cons

The in store experience depends on who you are working with. Not all stores have nice staff.
