Pros
The relationship between teams and employees is generally good. The CEO is quite open. Very good base salary, The total compensation may not be up to Google's level. But it's much higher than the typical tech companies in the bay area. 9 free meals each week and free drink/snack Normally, no overtime is required.
Cons
Not sure why the product is not selling. Worse, it doesn't seem that anyone in the company can figure it out. Because of the bad sale number, the bonus is minimum, if there is anything at all. Some teams at the critical path are consistently under-staffed while some other teams are bloated and let people sit idle for weeks/months.
