      Pros

I have the worlds most supportive coworkers. There are many opportunities to be involved within my unit. See lots of interesting diagnoses within the unit. Great health care benefits for RNs

      Cons

Tons of political talk, high turnover within the hospital upper management, Don’t always feel supported or appreciated as an RN.

      Toxic work environment

      Pros

Commute bonus/bus pass is paid for; insurance benefits are excellent.

      Cons

Incompetent leadership spanning from middle management to upper management; fear-based work culture; promoted organizational "values" are not modeled; retaliation is common and ignored by HR. Organization does not place enough focus on employee retainment and frequently loses staff. Working from home is allowed among some employees but not others, and staff among the same team are held to different standards.

      Pros

Has a good mission statement. There are some really good people that want to make Seattle Children's great. Some managers allow for employees to work from home.

      Cons

The pay is lower and there is a lack of accountability with upper management. Poor management and leadership skills from directors.
