Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Husband and wife organization that micro-manages at every level. They paint a great picture about how well connected they are with large companies but the truth is they may know somebody at a company but not much more than that.

Pros

Absolutely zero pros in working here. If i could check zero stars I would.

Cons

Read the negative reviews, they are dead on. The positive reviews are done by Elham or contractors that don't work for the company. The husband and wife will micromanage you and drive you nuts. I'm lucky my stay was short. Ask them in an interview how many people have filled the sales position in the last three years. If they respond with a number less than 10 they are lying.

Pros

Nothing, run run run run

Cons

1. Do you know what micro management is ? 2. Do you want to answer for every second in 8 hours ? 3. She will happily ask you to work on weekends and national holidays. and you dare think you will be paid for it .. don't even ask... 4. This lady/Owner will make sure that you are paid minimum and are exhausted mentally and stressed out whole day. She has only one work i.e. to call or email all her reports every few mins. 4. ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE... And i am not the first person saying this. Just read other reviews. 5. Just ask her about attrition. ? Off-course she will lie.. How many employees she has who has worked in her company(not in client locations) for more then 1 year.. You will get the answer.. 6. Ask them how many paid holidays you get yearly and how many are part of mandatory shutdowns in December for which you wont be paid.. 7. She believes hire, exploit , let them go and Hire new people... Thats the cheap mentality she has.. She doesn't know what it takes to keep employees long term and IMHO I don't think she wants that. 8. Do you want to work for a company who writes fake reviews about themselves ? In my wildest dreams i will never join this company and her again..

It's interesting this person is saying Sedaa asks people to work on holidays and weekends. we have never had anyone working on holidays and weekends. in fact, anyone who choses to work on holidays or weekends, we ask them to get approval first because we believe in quality of work life balance and do not want them to work extra hours. As for micro management, if you simply called Sedaa and talked to anyone who answers the phone, they will probably tell you the management is too busy to be micro managing. I honestly think this person must've been fired from Sedaa and holds a grudge...
