Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Seetec full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Regular working hours, and that is about it
Cons
No training, thrown in at the deep end. Computer system is inadequate and tech support isn't helpful. Management are condescending and dont understand the system themselves. Constant work reviews that are pointless and targets that are unattainable. Work colleagues act all teamlike but gossip behind one another back. And the job itself is pointless, all the jobs are pulled from websites that anyone can access. No direction, no advancement and an overall bad experience.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Seetec full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Salary is ok. Working hours are good.
Cons
No training. No appreciation. No route for progression. Unrealistic targets. No guidance from Senior Management on how to deal with the media backlash. Increasingly difficult clients. Micromanaging, overly critical BM's that undermine staff publicly & lack positive leadership skills. Procedural based, 'tick the box' type of job. Some lovely staff but this is overshadowed by the nasty, drama causing, conniving manipulators who enjoy pushing colleagues to their limits & turning people on each other for fun. Conveyer belt of clients and revolving door of staff.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Seetec full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Some excellent staff members at the bottom levels of each center across Ireland. Good working hours.
Cons
Unfortunately those mentioned above will stay at the bottom. Zero room for progression. Utterly clueless management, complete disregard for staff down the chain. Poor salaries, Extreme mental pressure on Advisor's only added to by management who want more money. Operate like a company who have no intention of a future in this country. See out the contract and move on to the next money maker and leave behind whatever still remains of their staff
