grassroots impact, a collective - so an informal office can get away with poor work and misbehaviour with junior staff if management pities/ favours you

mid-level managers are inefficient, behind the times and have zero understanding of best practices. behave like nursery school teachers. misogyny and sexism is overlooked by senior leaders. informal, hence leads to unprofessionalism and scapegoating - a culture thats actively encouraged. have heard this from many who left, those who stay in such teams have developed a thick skin, bidding their time.
