Pros

Small company size in Malaysia, there not much level or managerial. Flexi working hours although is depend on your manager. High housing/car loan subsidies.

Cons

Not much beneficial on upgrading and promotion. most of promotion only come after some managerial or senior level position is vacant. Below par increment and usually company will give reason that overall other global site in not performing well therefore only small increment can be paid. In much contrast claimed 'profit' inside company annual financial statement. Company long term strategy & focus will be keep on changing every year (not much of long term anyway). Unable to breakthrough with new business or technologies in recent years. Employee performance result will always be evaluated in term of suiting the bell curve (even though persistently denied by manager). Not much synergy between other department, all pointing finger attitude.

Nice colleagues. good atmosphere usually.

Lack of motivation, some roles repetitive
