Pros

This company does not offer any advantages, except maybe to meet Fabien. You won't have any benefits of working there. Help yourself: don't go

Cons

The location is awful, the managers & directors don't consider their teams, CEO is far away from reality Sales Department is the worst No work/life balance No autonomy Salary is bad, you can find really better, I could go on and on and on...

Appearances can be deceptive

Pros

Highly skilled colleagues, free access to Symfony Live Paris and Symfony Con. The R&D branch (blackfire) is full of rock stars, working on innovative solutions with exciting challenges.

Cons

Negative atmosphere, Terror and Blame based management, unrewarded hard work, CEO shut from the employees. Advertised as the creator of Symfony and as a Software Editor, the company turned out to be a regular web agency (except for the hand-picked ones by the CEO that will go to the R&D branch).

Deeply disappointed

Pros

Very close to the Symfony technology and its great community.

Cons

No leadership, no vision, false promises, and an incredible turnover. And on top of that: the office in Clichy (Paris) is really badly located.
