Pros
- Grete opportunity to work in an international environment. - Always up-to-date tech stacks. - A lot of activities to attend after work, for example, meet up and monthly activities from HR.
Cons
- There is no bonus at the end of year. - I don't like tracking timers but I understand why to use them.
Thank you for your review, and we are every year looking at how we are improving the compensation and benefits packages for our employee, and at the moment we have been investing in other benefits instead of bonus. Time tracking is sadly necessary in a business like ours, but we are always looking at how to make this process as smooth as possible for everyone.

Pros
The company provides a good atmosphere of work, mixing talented people from all over the world. The management is good, and here to make people grow in their career. Extra activities like meetups, events, and team building events are great and well organized. When all company was practicing lay off during uncertain period of Covid, the company just stop hiring for about two months, without any lay off.
Cons
Project management is sometimes a little bit messy, even if I was able to see the first results in the process of becoming better on this point when I left.
