You can increase your skills as you have great seniors who always help you while doing work. - No pros. Frankly any company would be better than this

- Micromanaging managers. They will have their nose in every task that is assigned to you, and developers are not given even the basic liberty to apply their own logic and ideas. - Very Strict Time Monitoring, managers even keep account of bathroom breaks - Salary never gets credited on time. And you need to be physically present on the payday, otherwise they won't credit your salary - No work life balance. You will be expected to work on weekends most of the time, and you would have to visit the office for that, because they don't give you access to the project if you're working from home.
