1. Zero life balance. 2. No Policies. Different policies for different people. You will feel like you are working in some LALA JI KI DUKAAN. 3. Online Team is the worst team to work in this organisation. Don't ever join this team. 4.Con coming out of Pros -: They will say we have flexible timings, but on the other hand you have to work after going home also. They will ask to work on Sat Sun also. But while hiring they says it's 5 day working. 5. They can do anything at any point of time as there are no policies or no one follows policies. 6. This company is working in Under resource that's why you have to alone do work of at least 3 people or more maybe. 7. Work Culture is dirt-poor . Abusing people is very common, they will demotivate at every point. Doesn't matter how hard you work , there will be no appreciation. But a single mistake could lead to very tough situation for you in the office. 8. There is no confidentiality and everything discussed on the desk and even scolding , abusing is done in front of everyone. 9. Bullying the new joining person is in the culture of in this organisation. If anything goes wrong it's like " BALI KA BAKRA TUMHE HI BANAENGE. 10. Founders treats the employee like they are their servants. 11. Work Environment is so pathetic/depressing that employees leave the organisation overnight without taking Experience Certificate.
