1) Coercive practices at School level. Deans are threatening to report Faculty if Faculty refuses to take additional clerical tasks. 2) Very low quality when it comes to program delivery. Most Faculty is not familiar with newer developments in their Study areas. 3) No substantial research is done by Faculty. Faculty has no time for research as at least 60 percent of the time they are forced to do clerical tasks. 4) Outdated curricula not including any recent developments in pedagogy.

Middle management viz HODs, Deans (not of all Departments/Faculties) and few just below the Chancellor are more interested in making money. I firmly believe that the University was opened for the purpose of upliftment of the society and providing quality education. There are many policies and evaluation systems framed by the middle management that may ruin this noble cause.
