its has nothing for employee on timely salary

HR policy , office environment , and Paper is so much , technology uses ZERO for women no team to discuss their sexual harassment on workplace and cleanness in washroom etc.

1. Salary on time. 2. Class leading products and offerings. 3. Very strong brand in office automation industry.

1. Salary not par with industry standards. 2. High level politics in every department. 3. Next to negligible sales training and poor mentor-ship. 4. Poor stability and very high attrition rate. 5. Ruthless sales pressure. 6. Pathetic after sales service to the customers.
Advice to Management
"If you won't take care of your employees, employees won't take of your clients" - Richard Branson. Higher management have to introspect what's wrong with their way of handling their team and the sales team won't function properly as long as those two people are not out of the picture.

Pros
A Japanese company having a little share in Indian Market after more than 20 years of Launching in India. Holding no good policies for Business, Channel Partners & employees. Not a Single Rupee Increment given to most of employees in last five years, although employees have been given charge for 3-4 posts to work. CLOSED its business in Indian market for Consumer Electronics, also reduced product range in other... groups. As mentioned in a business newspaper the company is reducing its manpower for cost cutting (result are clear in market)

No single policy for all employees, applicable rule is MIGHT IS RIGHT, the person having power is able to do whatever he wants in his territory, senior management is keeping eyes closed and afraid of to be kicked out, nobody takes care about company and saving his own job.

If corruption is not controlled, very soon the company will have to packup from India

For Delhi-NCR only: Multi national brand name. Very good products and quality. Large offering of products.
Cons
Poor work culture. Uncertainty & low salaries. Unrealistic transportation reimbursement. Weak HR and policies. Extremely high attrition rate for sales people, therefore poorly motivated. Occasional delays in product delivery and servicing.
Advice to Management
Motivate and healthily encourage sales people. Have a proper direction and focus efforts accordingly. Senior management not in sync with reality and product life cycle, therefore setting of unrealistic targets - shows lack of focus. Improve logistics and delivery, thereby freeing up sales people from constant follow-ups and micro-managing. Have quality managers to lead and mentor. Improve lead generation to give... sales force a head start. Implementing a positive and healthy feeling in the office. Seriously improve work culture and standards. Healthy atmosphere to breed co-operation and helpful nature toward co-workers. Strong HR who can stand up for employees and implement good policies that are followed and maintained. Increase salaries to attract GOOD, talented and committed sales force. Reduce churn rate. Improve customer service standards and ensure on time delivery/service.
