Our work patterns and breaks are set up so that we can have optimum number of colleagues available to respond to customer queries at any time.     Thanks so much for your 5-star review I'm also really pleased to hear you mention our office facilities. That's an area we've invested heavily in over the last 18 months. In addition to extending the car park and renovating the restaurant we have also been updating our work areas and quality of the office. As part of this we have been trialling various options around desk layouts and are monitoring what works well with a view to potential further roll-out. Our benefits and compensation are regularly reviewed to ensure we are competitive so I’m glad you feel fairly rewarded. Great to have you as part of the team. John.

I'm pleased to hear you mention our well-being programmes - it's an important investment, they're always very popular and our colleagues take away some great initiatives. Hopefully you had the chance to sign up to the latest initiatives taking place for learning at work week, where colleagues from across the business are running sessions from yoga and mindfulness to resilience and confidence. Agile working helps us to ensure that we have the flex we need to best serve our customers. Being agile also helps individuals to work in a way that they can be most productive. We have implemented set shifts in some areas of the business and are always looking for ways to improve. It may be that set shifts become available in other areas and the needs of our customers will always be central to our decisions.     Pros

    Great staff and management. HR are so up there on the ball and they go to the limit to make sure that all staff are happy and safe. It really is that good

    They do have a problem on punctuality and it's a little draconian!
