RecommendsI worked at Shimano for less than a year
Pros
-Stable -New animation team started up about 2 years ago when 1 full-time animation staff was brought in. From there he gradually brought more people onto the team. -Great mentor in the animation team -Fun, conducive environment. Did not feel tiring working together every day.

-Full-time staff have presentations once a month and many meetings to attend -Slow career growth

Pros
It's a stable company with good set of benefits. The base pay may not be high as compared to others but they give good bonus. It's a multi-racial setting with talented resource. There are lots of seniors (10 to 30 yrs).
Cons
The main con is the slow career progression. Poor management style in terms of goal setting for employees. Uni-direction communication with management.
